<Introducing the Squad We Will Be Joining> The US-China Squad is the team responsible for the global expansion of UNNI's English and Chinese services. The Chinese and Taiwanese markets are rapidly growing key markets, making it crucial to provide customized content to local users. We deliberate on and execute content strategies tailored to local cultures and markets, creating optimized experiences for users in each country. Team members with diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds collaborate to deliver the value of UNNI services to the global market. <What You Will Be Doing> Supporting marketing and content planning/production tasks targeting the Chinese and Taiwanese markets Developing ideas and assisting with the production of advertising content (images, videos, etc.) Supporting the sourcing and communication processes for local influencers (KOLs)

Qualifications

<We Are Looking for Someone Like This> Someone who has no difficulty understanding content and communicating in Chinese Someone who understands the characteristics of different social media channels and has experience creating content or collaborating with influencers based on this understanding (including personal projects) Someone who enjoys trying new things and experimenting, and places great importance on actively communicating and collaborating with team members Someone with a high level of understanding of Chinese culture and trends

<Preferences> Experience managing Chinese social media channels such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Weibo Interest in the Chinese market and content Interest in the beauty and healthcare industries Experience analyzing content performance based on advertising campaign data Experience using video editing or design tools
