Job Description

1. Establishment and Execution of Business Strategies by Southeast Asian Country - Design and execution of growth roadmaps for key markets such as Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand - Setting KPIs and managing performance for each Southeast Asian country 2. Retail and Distributor Management - Establishment and operation of partnerships with Retailers, eCommerce companies, and distributors - Establishment of channel strategies tailored to market characteristics and adjustment of priorities 3. Discovery of New Businesses and Market Expansion - Derivation of new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis - Planning and execution of market entry into new countries or launching new channels

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in business English • Over 10 years of experience in overseas sales or global business within the beauty or consumer goods industry • Experience directly managing markets in Southeast Asia, such as Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand • Experience negotiating with overseas partners and clients • Experience leading a team or large-scale projects • No impediments to overseas business travel

• Experience directly managing retail and eCommerce channels • Experience operating in the Indonesian and Vietnamese markets • Experience living or staying long-term in Southeast Asia • Experience with skincare brands • Experience entering new markets or launching new channels • Proficiency in Southeast Asian languages ​​such as Malay, Vietnamese, and Thai
