Job Description

▶Manage communication with Middle East retail buyers and partners ▶Identify and develop new buyers, and conduct meetings and follow-up communications ▶(retailers, distributors, wholesalers, etc.) ▶Manage buyer purchase orders and oversee the full order process ▶Coordinate shipments and outbound operations with Korea HQ and 3PL warehouses ▶Support sales operations including quotations, pricing, and promotional conditions ▶Monitor inventory levels and delivery schedules, and handle issues when they arise ▶Organize sales and order data, and prepare basic reports ▶Share Middle East market insights and buyer requests with HQ

Qualifications

▶Arabic and English fluency is required (Must be able to communicate professionally with Middle East buyers and partners) ▶Egyptian nationality or strong familiarity with the Egyptian / Middle East market is preferred ▶Experience related to Middle East markets, especially UAE / GCC, is preferred (Experience working with Middle East buyers, retailers, or distributors is a plus) ▶Experience in order management, sales support, export sales, or logistics-related tasks is preferred ▶Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment ▶Strong sense of ownership and high attention to detail Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets ▶Based in Korea (This role manages Middle East markets and requires availability for overseas business trips)

-Experience in K-Beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail-related industries -Experience working with buyers, retailers, or distributors in the Middle East, especially the GCC region -Experience in overseas sales, export/import operations, or sales support -Experience working with global retail platforms, distributors, or B2B buyers -Understanding of logistics, shipping, inventory, and order management processes -Strong familiarity with the Egyptian and Middle East markets is preferred -Comfortable with overseas business travel and working in a global business environment
