Job Description

• Communication regarding orders with domestic and overseas partners • Preparation and management of import/export invoices, packing lists, and customs documents • Management of outbound shipments and dispatches • Management of country-specific licensing and permits • Coordination of production and dispatch schedules and delivery time management based on SCM and inventory status

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales support & import/export operations • Proficient in business English • Able to organize and manage data using Excel
