Job Description
๐ก What You Do You perform sales tasks covering the entire process for the Japanese market, from identifying potential customers to making proposals, meetings, and signing contracts. - Identify local potential customers in Japan, introduce Tredlinx solutions in Japanese through online/offline meetings, emails, and seminars, and gain an in-depth understanding of their business challenges and needs. - Analyze the Japanese customer's industry, operating environment, and business practices to propose customized solutions, and design the optimal Value Proposition in collaboration with the Technology and Development teams. - Write and localize sales content (proposals, brochures, manuals, etc.) in Japanese to suit the characteristics of the Japanese market. - Promote sales strategies and execution for the Japanese market by collaborating organically with various internal teams, including Global Business Strategy, Marketing, Development, and Management. - Analyze sales performance based on sales data and improve the sales process for the Japanese market.
Qualifications
๐ก We are looking for someone who fits these criteria (Required) - Experience in sales in Japan (Required) - Native-level Japanese + business-level or higher communication skills in Korean - Deep understanding of the Japanese market and business culture, including Japanese residents in Korea and Zainichi Koreans - Understanding of IT services, SaaS, platform structures, and business models - Experience analyzing client issues and presenting solutions based on technology and data - Proficiency in CRM to manage sales pipelines and understand the entire customer lifecycle - No disqualifications for overseas travel

๐ก Experience is a plus - Experience in IT solution sales in the Japanese market (Preferred) - Experience in B2B solution / SaaS sales in the Japanese market (Highest Preference) - Experience in establishing sales strategies or GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies tailored to the Japanese market environment - Understanding or experience with the SCM (Supply Chain Management) industry and import/export logistics processes - Experience in B2B technical sales or SI sales, and experience managing complex sales cycles - Experience in data-driven sales activities such as sales process improvement, demo design, and customer feedback loop operation - Customer-centric sales: ROI-focused value-driven sales approach - Project sales experience: Sales experience involving customization and integration proposals beyond simple SaaS subscription sales
