✔️ Customer service and assistance at food and beverage establishments such as restaurants, bars, and lounges ✔️ Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and setting and clearing tables ✔️ Identifying customer requests and providing personalized service ✔️ Upselling through menu and promotion information ✔️ Adhering to hygiene and cleanliness standards ✔️ Processing orders and payments using the POS system ✔️ Supporting smooth service operations through collaboration with team members - Provide professional customer service in restaurants, bars, lounges, and other food & beverage outlets. - Take customer orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner. - Set up, maintain, and clear tables to ensure a pleasant dining experience. - Identify and respond to guest requests, providing personalized service to meet customer needs. - Promote menu items and special offers to maximize upselling opportunities. - Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety. - Process orders and payments accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
