Job Description
- Customer service and interaction at food and beverage establishments, including restaurants, bars, and lounges - Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and setting and clearing tables - Identifying customer requests and providing customized services - Upselling through menu and promotion information - Adherence to hygiene and cleanliness standards - Processing orders and payments using POS systems - Supporting smooth service operations through collaboration with team members
