Job Description

- Hong Kong/Taiwan Influencer Sponsorship and Communication - Searching for and recruiting new influencers (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) - Beauty market research and trend analysis in Hong Kong/Taiwan - Establishing influencer marketing strategies - Managing influencer seeding for our beauty brands * Brands in Charge: Medicube, Aprilskin, Glam D (Assigned brands and countries will be determined through individual discussions after joining the company) [Core Competencies] - A spirit of challenge toward new fields and the ability to adapt quickly to diverse tasks - The ability to collaborate flexibly with related departments based on excellent communication skills - A sense of responsibility to complete assigned tasks with a proactive attitude - The ability to quickly analyze the latest beauty trends and apply them to practical work, along with creative thinking skills

Qualifications

- Graduates or prospective graduates of a 4-year bachelor's degree program - Fluent in Chinese communication - Interest in and understanding of the influencer industry and marketing - For foreign nationals, holders of an F visa or those meeting the eligibility requirements for an employment visa - No disqualifying factors for continued employment upon conversion to a regular position after the internship ends

- Experience studying or residing in Greater China - High understanding of the Greater China beauty market and social media trends - Experience working for a beauty brand or participating in external activities - Veterans and persons with disabilities are given preferential treatment in accordance with relevant laws
