- Review customer verification documents(KYC) - Verify customer information and supporting documents - Support AML(Anti-Money Laundering) operations - Review customer registration data - Support complinace operations based on internal policies

Qualifications

- Associate degree or above - Foreign nationals are welcome to apply - Korean communication skills required - Weekend work availability is required - Detail-oriented and responsible personality - Able to handle repetitive review tasks carefully - Positive attitude and good communication skills

Preferred

- Experience in KYC / AML / Compliance operations - Experience in finance, remittance, fintech, or customer support - Englsih or additional language skills preferred - MS Office / Excel skills preferred - Experience in document review or data management
