Job Description
Specific duties and responsibilities are as follows, but are not limited to: Preparation of informational materials, recruitment, event execution planning, review of applicant applications, and follow-up for climate events, projects, and various programs organized by the Korea Office. Social media promotion activities and support for the management and operation of the Reality Hub. Support for local Climate Reality Leaders and Campus Chapters. Support for the Our Climate Moment: Let’s Get to Work and Climate Reality campaigns through Climate Reality Chapters. Assistance in establishing strategies for climate campaigns and public participation, e.g., volunteer recruitment, building collaboration and solidarity, and social media promotion. Assistance in planning and producing online and offline content and campaigns. News research and updates related to Climate Reality campaigns. Assistance with and reporting for the Korea Office Director. Ability to pursue other tasks in areas of interest and other assigned duties.
Qualifications
Eligibility Korean & English: Excellent writing and communication skills Creative problem-solving skills and teamwork experience Education and volunteer experience in climate, environment, and other fields Experience in multicultural communication (Not mandatory) Experience with non-profit organizations or climate action campaigns

Preferred Qualifications Opportunities to participate in key business areas of the Climate Project Korea Chapter Lectures on climate/environmental education, planning of educational content, planning and execution of events for institutions, organizations, and schools, planning and management of international events, planning of online and offline public relations, creation of social network (SNS) content and promotional activities, planning and management of domestic and international campaigns. Experienced candidates preferred.

Internship Weekly Hours The internship requires a minimum of 15 hours and a maximum of 30 hours per week, depending on the workload and internship status.
