Job Description

Responsible for the production and editing of marketing content for GIANT KOREA's entry into the Japanese market. • Plan and produce social media content targeting Japanese consumers. - Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, blogs, etc. • Design product detail pages, banners, thumbnails, and advertising images for Japanese online channels. - Qoo10, Amazon Japan, Rakuten, company website, etc. • Research and incorporate copy, design tone, and content composition suitable for the Japanese beauty market. • Produce product images, usage guides, reviews, and short-form video materials. • Perform simple editing tasks for video content such as Reels, Shorts, and YouTube. • Proofread natural phrasing in Japanese content and assist with translation. • Research local Japanese trends, competitor brands, influencers, and beauty media, and connect them to content ideas. • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to produce brand materials to be delivered to Japanese buyers and consumers. • Manages the visual tone and manner of our cosmetics brands, such as TIBY and COSMÖD, in accordance with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to create Japanese content - Native Japanese speakers or those with business-level Japanese proficiency are preferred • Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma • Experience creating social media content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts • High interest in cosmetics, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands • Ability to propose natural copy and content tones from a Japanese consumer perspective • Experience designing digital content such as product detail pages, banners, thumbnails, and card news • Proficiency in simple video editing is preferred - CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc. • Accustomed to a work style that involves rapid execution and continuous improvement • Comfortable with creating images, copy, and content using AI tools

• Experience residing in Japan or creating content targeting the Japanese market • Experience managing Japanese e-commerce channels such as Qoo10, Rakuten, and Amazon Japan • Experience managing social media for beauty brands • Experience creating short-form content on platforms such as Reels, Shorts, and TikTok • Experience creating product detail pages or ad creatives for cosmetics • High understanding of Japanese beauty media, influencers, and trends • Capable of translating between Korean and Japanese and localizing content
