■ Preferred Qualifications Experience in floriculture, horticulture, or agriculture Experience in farm and greenhouse management Ability to work long-term Diligence and a strong sense of responsibility Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues Physical health allowing for outdoor work Ability to adapt to early morning shifts and farm work Experience working with foreign workers or adaptability to a multicultural work environment Foreign nationals capable of basic communication in Korean Ability to start work immediately
