Job Description

* Manage CCUC’s official social media accounts and relevant online communities in Brazil. * Localize existing Korean marketing content into natural Brazilian Portuguese, adapting it to local culture, humor, trends, and audience preferences. * Plan, create, and publish content for channels such as Instagram and TikTok. * Repurpose existing character introductions, feature announcements, event promotions, and user review content for different platforms. * Research Brazilian social media trends, memes, romance content, fandom culture, and entertainment preferences. * Monitor comments, direct messages, and community reactions, and communicate with local users when appropriate. * Track basic content performance, including views, engagement, link clicks, sign-ups, and other relevant metrics. * Share insights and feedback from Brazilian users with the Korean team. * Suggest content ideas and marketing approaches that may work well for the Brazilian market.

Qualifications

* Native-level Brazilian Portuguese. * Strong understanding of Brazilian social media culture, online communities, trends, and internet humor. * Experience creating or managing content for Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms. * Ability to adapt content creatively rather than translating it word for word. * Strong writing skills and the ability to create natural, engaging social media copy. * Interest in romance, interactive storytelling, web novels, fandom culture, character-based content, or AI chat services. * Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a remote team. * Working proficiency in English or Korean for internal communication.

Preferred

* Experience managing a brand, creator, fandom, or community-based social media account. * Strong familiarity with romance, fantasy, BL, otome games, fanfiction, or female-oriented entertainment content. * Experience creating short-form video content, including Reels or TikTok videos. * Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Figma, Adobe tools, or similar content creation software. * Experience using UTM links or tracking social media performance. * Previous experience working with a startup, global team, or remote team. * Personal interest in AI character chat or interactive storytelling services.
