[Ton 28] Hiring Foreign Contract Staff for Global SNS Content & Seeding (USA, China, Japan)

Job Description

■ Key Responsibilities - Planning and production of promotional content targeting assigned countries (short-form videos, images, etc.) - Operation and posting on major social media channels in assigned countries (uploads, community management including responding to comments and DMs) - Seeding and collaborating with local influencers (product shipments, collaboration proposals, communication management) - Monitoring and sharing local trends, competitor and channel developments

Qualifications

■ Qualifications - Local foreign national in the assigned country (Native speakers with U.S., Chinese, or Japanese nationality) - Able to communicate in Korean or English for collaboration - Holders of a visa allowing employment in Korea (F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6, D-10 holders) * Holders of H-1 or E-7 visas are ineligible - Ability to directly produce short-form and image content (using video and image editing tools) - Experience using major social media platforms in the assigned country > China: Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Weibo, Bilibili, etc. > Japan: Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, LINE, etc. > U.S.: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.

■ Preferred Qualifications - Possession of a portfolio (created content, managed channels, etc.) - Experience in content/marketing for the beauty and cosmetics categories - Experience in managing influencer collaborations and seeding, and possession of a local network - Experience in converting content views and reach into conversions (follower acquisition, linking acquisition to purchases) - Understanding of value consumption trends, such as eco-friendliness
