We provide purchasing agency, inspection, and international shipping services for Korean Wave products to customers in the West, South America, and Asia, where there are many K-pop fans. Having grown through self-generated revenue without external investment, we achieved sales of 10.1 billion KRW in 2024. We are an organization of 30 people that is steadily growing alongside the global expansion of K-culture. Delivering the excitement of the moment when expatriates living abroad hold the Korean products they miss in their hands—that is the value Kfriday pursues. We are looking for someone who will join us before the app launch to personally build our brand voice and proactively lead the growth of the expatriate community. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Main Responsibilities ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ▶ Marketing & Community Operations [Main] - Planning and direct operation of SNS channels such as Threads, KakaoTalk Channel Home, Instagram, and Naver Cafe - Planning and production of content targeting Koreans residing overseas (Consistent publication and management of service updates, customer reviews, trending products, etc. across channels) - Building brand fandom through organic communication and account growth - Building brand trust by communicating directly with users in Korean on SNS and chatbot channels - Collecting and organizing user feedback to discuss service improvement directions with the product team - Securing initial active users through outreach to expatriate communities such as Naver Cafe, KakaoTalk Open Chat Rooms, Missy USA, and Facebook, as well as via SNS DMs ※ You do not need to handle every channel from the start. Please focus on the core channels that can yield the most results. **Key Responsibilities** ▶ Global Service Marketing Support and Service Operations Support [Sub] - English marketing support for global (foreigner-targeted) services - CS response for overseas Koreans and foreign users: I believe that the deeper you understand the service, the higher the quality of your marketing. Actual questions and reactions from users serve as excellent material for content. - Fulfilling customer purchasing requests (Online and Offline): Offline activities occur approximately 2-3 times per month and serve as a task that also involves securing content sources. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Qualifications ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ - At least 1 year of practical experience in related fields such as online marketing, community management, brand promotion, and CS. We actively welcome candidates with solid past work experience, even if they have had a career gap. - Experience directly managing social media channels such as Thread, KakaoTalk Channel Home, Instagram, and Naver Cafe - Understanding of the lifestyle of the Korean expatriate community based on experience living abroad, such as residing, studying, or participating in a working holiday - Execution skills to directly plan and publish content
