Global Business Development Intern

Job Description

Business Development - Research and environmental analysis of the kids' dietary, healthcare, and education industries in target markets (Japan/USA/Europe) - Market data collection, analysis, and insight derivation using AI tools - Identification of potential customers (schools, kindergartens, educational institutions, B2B partners, etc.) and direct reach-out - Setup and execution of video meetings; customer interviews via on-site visits when necessary - Preparation of feasibility reports to establish market entry strategies Marketing - Promotion and content planning through global LinkedIn channels - Research and support for participation in overseas trade fairs and conferences - Production of marketing content in English and Japanese (blogs, case studies, social media, etc.)

Qualifications

Japanese: Business level (Able to communicate practically with Japanese companies) English: Business level (Able to conduct cold emails and video meetings) Visa: Holds a visa allowing full-time work in Korea, such as D-10 or E-7 Someone who pioneers new markets and products and enjoys the challenge itself Someone who does not wait for others to teach them, but learns independently, takes initiative, and grows Someone who can quickly complete the cycle of Research → Hypothesis → Execution → Learning

Preferred

Experience in Startups/B2B Sales/BD/Consulting Interest in Food Tech, EdTech, and the Kids Industry Experience using BD tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, and Apollo Proficient in using AI research tools (Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT, etc.)
