Job Description

Design, model, and simulate optical and illumination systems. Create technical drawings, specifications, and comprehensive engineering documentation. Develop test procedures, methodologies, and programs for optical systems and components. Assemble, align, and test optical prototypes. Support pilot and mass production phases, participating actively in quality control (QC) processes. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (mechanical engineering, hardware, QA).

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Optics, Optoelectronics, Laser Physics/Systems, or a related technical field. Proficiency in optical simulation software (Zemax OpticStudio) and 3D CAD software (SolidWorks). Practical experience in developing optical systems based on lasers and/or LEDs. Strong skills in lens design, including component selection, ray tracing, and lens optimization/calculation. Deep understanding of manufacturing technologies for optical and optoelectronic components (coatings, molding, glass processing, etc.). Language Skills: Russian: native-like proficiency English: intermediate and higher for technical communication Knowledge of Korean is a plus Not a 100% match? No worries!
