Job Description

<Introducing the Team You Will Be Joining> This team supports international customers in experiencing the Gangnam Unnie service in Korea seamlessly from start to finish. We help customers navigate their entire journey by lowering language barriers and ensuring a smooth flow throughout their Korean beauty and medical experience. In particular, we provide direct consultations with Japanese customers and work together to prepare for future expansion into Japan. <What You Will Be Doing> We conduct Japanese-language consultations for Japanese customers and design and improve the overall customer experience throughout the beauty and medical journey. We precisely identify customer needs to propose and guide them to personalized service options. We lead service linkages and coordination with relevant internal departments and partner companies. We standardize and manage consultation and operational communication histories, and analyze and identify recurring issues and points for improvement. We continuously improve service quality by verifying post-use satisfaction, responding to issues, and providing follow-up care.

Qualifications

Candidates with native-level Japanese communication skills Candidates who can calmly set priorities and solve problems even in unexpected situations Candidates who prioritize customer satisfaction, independently define necessary tasks, and proactively execute them

Preferred

Experience in customer service and consultation in an offline environment Experience in offline space management (on-site operations, managing customer flow, waiting areas, reservations, etc.) Experience in customer service (responding to inquiries, managing issues, identifying areas for improvement, etc.) Experience participating in service/CS operations for Japanese customers or projects for expanding into the Japanese market
