Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced and dedicated Head Gardener to lead the growth and development of Medonggol Garden. - Establishment and operation of garden planting and maintenance plans - Planning of seasonal planting and garden design - Professional management of plants including trees, flowering plants, and lawns - Operation, training, and task management of the garden management team - Establishment of garden quality standards and improvement of maintenance levels - Planning and execution of new planting and landscape improvement projects - Continuous management and development of the garden reflecting design intent - Establishment of long-term management strategies to create a world-class garden

Qualifications

- Possession of specialized knowledge in horticulture or landscaping - Over 10 years of practical experience in garden management or horticulture - Ability to design gardens and establish seasonal planting plans - Understanding of organic and sustainable garden management - Ability to communicate in English - Leadership skills to lead and train a garden management team - Holder of an International Driver's License - Ability to work overseas and reside in South Korea

Preferred

- Experience as a Head Gardener or Garden Management Manager - Experience managing large-scale gardens, parks, or botanical gardens - Experience executing overseas gardens or international projects - Expertise in plant pest and disease management and tree care - Holders of landscape or horticulture-related certifications - Individuals with the passion and responsibility to build the garden together from a long-term perspective

- Work Location: Medonggol Garden, Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do (Approx. 1 hour 30 minutes from Seoul) - 3-year contract position (extendable upon negotiation) - Annual Salary: €50,000–€80,000 (determined after interview) - On-site dormitory provided (family members may accompany) - Company vehicle provided (fuel expenses excluded) - One round-trip air ticket per year provided for employee and family - Meals provided on workdays - Enrollment in the four major insurance programs (National Pension, Health Insurance, etc.) - Support for E-7 visa issuance (for overseas applicants) - Submission of Cover Letter, CV, and Portfolio written in English is mandatory
