Proficient in business conversation in Chinese and Korean Proficient in writing emails, reports, and notices in Korean Proficient in MS Office Proficient in consulting with foreign patients and handling customer inquiries Proficient in schedule management and handling multiple tasks For foreign nationals, holding a valid visa allowing employment in Korea

Preferred

Experience at a hospital international medical center or dedicated to foreign patients Experience at a foreign patient recruitment agency or medical tourism agency Major in Nursing, Nursing Assistant, Health Administration, or Healthcare Management Possession of International Medical Tourism Coordinator certification Experience with Chinese patient consultation, hospital reservations, and follow-up care Experience managing Chinese customer channels such as WeChat and Xiaohongshu Experience in preparing quotations, invoices, and settlement data
