**English Play Class Crew Wanted** **Small-group classes with 1 to 4 children** We are looking for someone who genuinely loves children and enjoys laughing, playing, and interacting with them. WINI PLAY is an English academy where children experience English through play, rather than simply studying it. We help children naturally listen, speak, and grow in a fun and engaging English environment. We are looking for an **English Play Crew member** who can create joyful English moments with children by playing, communicating, and connecting with them. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead English play classes for children ages 3 to 9 * Conduct phonics, art, singing, and storybook reading activities in English * Lead physical activities, games, puzzles, and various play-based activities in English * Observe children’s participation and responses during class * Write simple class reports after each lesson * Create a bright, safe, and positive classroom atmosphere **Class Features** * Small-group classes with 1 to 4 children * Close interaction with each child * Relatively manageable classes compared to large-group lessons * Classes are based on a set curriculum and prepared activity materials

Qualifications

**Qualifications** * Someone who genuinely loves and cares for children * Able to communicate naturally with children in English * Bright, positive, and energetic personality * Responsible and able to prepare and lead classes sincerely **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience teaching or working with children * Able to lead play-based classes in a fun and engaging way * Able to communicate warmly with children at their level
