Job Description

- Establishment, improvement, and operation of Thai localization quality standards (style guide, glossary management, etc.) - Review and improvement of translation language quality - Streamlining localization operations through collaboration with relevant departments

Qualifications

- Individuals possessing native-level linguistic aptitude in Korean and Thai - Individuals with English proficiency capable of accurately reading original English texts and judging equivalence (meaning, nuance, and context) with the target language translation - Individuals strong in details and possessing the patience and focus for repetitive quality verification tasks - Individuals proficient in writing structured documents and clear communication

Preferred

- Candidates with practical experience in webtoon/content translation and localization (experience in designing language assets, such as style guides, is preferred) - Holders of a degree in linguistics, Thai, or a related field - Candidates capable of logically explaining the factors that distinguish naturalness from unnaturalness in language expression and systematizing these factors - Candidates with experience living in Thailand - Proficient in Japanese (proficient in other languages ​​is also preferred)
