Job Description
• Identifying and managing overseas partners and potential partners • Collecting project information for overseas developers, designers, contractors, and public institutions • Verifying project feasibility: Checking clients, drawings, budgets, decision-makers, and schedules • Conducting meetings with designers and developers jointly with overseas partners • Preparing materials and supporting documents to ensure the MPSystem is reflected in project designs and drawings • Managing meeting minutes, activity logs, and supporting documents for each project • Verifying documents such as contracts, purchase orders, advance payments, and letters of credit during the contract transition phase • Managing project pipelines by country ■. What do you do? GLOBAL Overseas Sales Representatives play a role in bringing actual projects to life in collaboration with overseas partners. Key responsibilities are as follows: · Identification and management of overseas partners and potential partners · Collection of project information for overseas developers, design firms, construction companies, and public institutions · Verification of actual project status: Confirmation of client, drawings, budget, decision-makers, and schedule · Conducting meetings with design firms and developers jointly with overseas partners · Preparation of materials and supporting evidence to ensure the MP System is reflected in project designs and drawings · Management of meeting minutes, activity logs, and supporting documents for each project · Verification of documents such as contracts, purchase orders, advance payments, and letters of credit during the contract transition phase · Management of project pipelines by country ■. The recognized achievements are as follows: · Projects where the actual client has been confirmed · Projects where drawings or basic design data have been secured · Projects where the budget and decision-makers have been confirmed · Records of official meetings with overseas partners or design firms · Proof that the MP System has been reflected in designs and drawings · Proof of contract transition, such as contracts, purchase orders, advance payments, and letters of credit Conversely, the following activities are difficult to recognize as achievements. · Sending simple emails · Repeated simple meetings · Managing unresponsive partners · Projects without drawings · Projects without a budget · Projects with unidentified decision-makers · Disclosing prices, contract terms, exclusivity, or partner rights externally without company approval
Qualifications
• Proficient in English communication • Interested in overseas sales, global business, trade, and the fields of architecture, construction, and infrastructure • Able to write emails, meeting minutes, and reports • Able to communicate with overseas partners, designers, and developers • Entry-level applicants welcome
