Job Description
- Responding to and handling customer reviews on major Hong Kong distribution channels (HKTVmall, SHOPLINE, etc.) - Establishing Hong Kong CX response processes and issue handling guidelines, and writing standardized work manuals - Analyzing VOC and writing reports, deriving and implementing data-driven improvement insights - Participating in CX improvement projects through collaboration with relevant departments
Qualifications
- Experience: No experience required (Entry-level welcome) - Language: Cantonese (Traditional) - Business level or higher - Candidates with data-driven analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities (Able to create reports using Excel and Google Sheets) - Candidates with meticulous and logical communication skills
Preferred
- Candidates with an understanding of Hong Kong e-commerce platforms such as HKTVmall and SHOPLINE - Candidates with experience in CX management for a beauty or health supplement brand's in-house online store or in operating an external store - Candidates with experience in deriving improvement strategies through customer data analysis - Candidates with a high level of understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

- Document Screening → Interview → Negotiation of Compensation and Final Acceptance → Hiring → Probationary Period (6 Months/Intern) → Probationary Evaluation → Conversion to Permanent Position - Probationary Period: 6 Months / Contract Position (Intern) - The decision regarding conversion to a permanent position will be made through a probationary evaluation based on performance during the 6-month period, in accordance with internal regulations. - 'Intern treatment' applies during the probationary period. Upon conversion to a permanent position, the annual salary will be updated based on the entry-level treatment standards for permanent employees.
