Job Description

1. Support for In-house Japanese Communication and Conversation • Conducting Japanese conversation and communication sessions for employees • Providing feedback on situational Japanese expressions and sharing business communication tips • Providing seminars and materials on Japanese corporate culture and communication styles • Translating business materials between Korean and Japanese and organizing them 2. Japanese Market Research and Business Support • Conducting research on local Japanese consumer trends, industry trends, and competitors • Conducting market research and providing insights from a local perspective to review new business opportunities in Japan

Qualifications

• Japanese nationals with native-level Japanese proficiency • Holders of a visa (D-2, D-10, H-1, F visa, etc.) that permits stay in Korea and internship activities • Able to discuss work matters and communicate effectively in Korean *Currently enrolled students, students on leave of absence, and graduating students are also eligible

Preferred

• Experience living in Korea or studying at a domestic university • Experience in market research and data research in fields such as marketing, management, or statistics • Ability to provide feedback on formal business Japanese expressions (honorifics, business etiquette, etc.) • Strong interest in domestic and international startup ecosystems and global business expansion
