Job Description

[This is what you will be doing!] As a member of the newly launched brand "Cllime Beauty," you will be responsible for selling cosmetic products overseas. Establishing and managing overseas B2B distribution channels (wholesale, retail, and online/offline partners) Managing products by overseas distribution channel and planning and operating promotions Communicating with global buyers, drafting trade proposals, invoices, and contracts Preparing import/export related documents and coordinating logistics and shipment schedules Planning and participating in overseas exhibitions and export consultations Establishing pricing policies by market and managing sales

Qualifications

[We Need Someone Like This!] At least 3 years of experience in overseas sales for beauty or consumer goods brands Proficiency in business communication in English (emails, meetings, presentations) Understanding of import/export procedures and contract conditions by country Persuasive and communication skills to build long-term partnerships with buyers

[Preferably someone who meets these criteria!] Experience collaborating with major beauty retailers/distributors in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia Experience managing Amazon Americas/Europe accounts Experience exporting beauty products (skincare, devices, etc.) Proficiency in a third language (Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, etc.)
