Job Description

· TikTok Shop & TikTok Operations (Priority 1): Overall store operations including Seller Center product registration and management, order and customer service response, and promotion setup, as well as planning and operating content for TikTok's own channels. · E-commerce Channel Expansion: Entry into Shopee and Lazada within Q1, and management of product registration, operations, and promotions for each channel. · Content Creation: Planning and production of short-form videos and product materials with a local Vietnamese vibe using tools like CapCut. · KOL & Affiliate Management: Discovering Vietnamese KOLs and creators, operating affiliate programs, and managing collaborative content. · Live Commerce Support: Support for live broadcast planning, setup, and operation. · Performance Analysis & Reporting: Collection and analysis of sales data by channel and preparation of weekly performance reports. · Internal Communication: Acting as a language and cultural bridge between headquarters and the Vietnamese market. ※ Logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and inventory management are supported by the in-house sales team. Qualifications

· 베트남어 원어민 수준, 한국어 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션 가능자 · 대한민국 취업비자(E-7 등) 보유자 (한국 근무 가능자) · 이커머스·SNS 마케팅·콘텐츠 제작 관련 경력 3~5년 · TikTok / TikTok Shop 등 숏폼 Even more impressive than the picture! • Native-level Vietnamese; conversational Korean for work purposes. • Valid Korean work visa (E-7 or equivalent); able to work in Seoul. • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, social media marketing, or content production. • In-depth understanding of TikTok/TikTok Shop and other short video platforms.
