Quro is a specialized agency for attracting international patients, founded by a Korean medical specialist, connecting overseas patients with excellent medical institutions in Korea. To ensure that overseas patients can use Korean medical services with peace of mind, we support the entire process of medical tourism—from consultation and reservations to interpretation, concierge services, and follow-up care—providing the best medical experience. We are currently seeking talented individuals to grow with us to provide better medical services to global clients, including those from Greater China. - Online consultations with overseas clients (WeChat, KakaoTalk, email, etc.) - Hospital reservation and schedule management - Communication between overseas clients and Korean medical institutions - Interpretation support during hospital visits - Content planning and operation for Greater China social media (Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Weibo, etc.) - Social media content creation and marketing - Chinese-to-Korean translation and proofreading - Market research and analysis of global medical tourism trends - Communication with partner medical institutions and companies

Qualifications

Native-level Chinese communication skills Experience working in a medical institution or in attracting foreign patients or medical tourism Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut
