Job Description

• Processing of dispatch requests and shipments for Amazon Japan orders • Responses to customer inquiries on Amazon Japan channels • Customer guidance regarding customs clearance, shipping issues, and redelivery

Qualifications

• Candidates who are fluent in Korean • Candidates who are very comfortable using Japanese • Candidates with experience in customer service or related roles (part-time jobs, internships, extracurricular activities, etc.)

• Experience in e-commerce channel CS • Proficient in basic Excel
