■ Job Title: Large Printing Press (Offset/Rotary) Factory Production Worker (Male Preferred) (Job Title: Large Printing Press (Offset/Rotary) Factory Production Worker) ■ Job Description - Fact-based on-site duties specified Learning the Printing Press from the Ground Up: This job involves directly operating offset printing presses and 8-color rotary presses to learn hands-on, grease-stained field skills from the ground up, such as ink supply, cylinder cleaning, and roller maintenance. Feeding Heavy-Weight Paper: The job fundamentally involves high-intensity physical labor, including manually carrying and feeding/replacing large paper rolls weighing tens of kilograms into the machines. Night 2-Shift Overnight Production Worker: Our factory operates essential overnight machine production in addition to daytime operations. You must directly operate the printing presses through day/night shift rotations. ※ This position is absolutely NOT a 'Production Manager' or 'Office Worker' role involving only monitoring from an office. This is a physically demanding 3D manufacturing job where you work 100% on-site, breathing in the smell of ink all day long. ■ Job Requirements Gender and Physical Condition: Male personnel with robust stamina and strength capable of handling day/night shifts and carrying heavy raw paper materials all day long (Women are not eligible / Physical labor suitable for men due to heavy paper handling and night shifts) Visa Conditions: Priority selection for F-6 (Marriage) and F-5 (Permanent Residency) visa holders (Those available for immediate contract and work based on minimum wage and night shift allowances) For international students seeking an E-7 visa: Only those with the desperation to endure machine labor from the ground up while accepting minimum wage levels on-site are eligible to apply (Liberal Arts, Business Administration, and Biology majors are not eligible / Only Mechanical Engineering majors will be considered) Language Proficiency: Korean communication skills are mandatory. Equipment Operations: Precision setting, operation, and monitoring of key printing equipment within the factory, such as offset and rotary printing presses. Production Control: Verification of material input (base paper, etc.) and specifications for each printing process, and management of production timeline scheduling. Quality Assurance: Inspection of print quality, precise color supervision, inspection for specification defects, and correction of technical errors. Maintenance: Periodic maintenance, preventive maintenance, and safety management of key machine parts and press equipment. (E-7 visa sponsorship available or support for conversion from D-10/D-2 visas to E-7)

Qualifications

Education and Visa Requirements (Essential): Graduates (or prospective graduates) of domestic 2- or 4-year universities who have no disqualifying factors for conversion to an Employment Visa (E-7). Alternatively, holders of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an overseas university plus at least one year of experience in a related field. Current D-2 (Student) and D-10 (Job Seeking) visa holders are welcome. Language Proficiency (Language): Possession of Korean language proficiency sufficient for internal communication and execution of work instructions (TOPIK scores preferred). Preferred Qualifications (Preferred): Majors in related science and engineering fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Printing Engineering are preferred. Experience in manufacturing plant equipment operation and production management is preferred.
