Job Description

• Overall management of sales and operations for MFC Vietnam's B2C business (Welcome Kit) • Planning and promotion of content for social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, Zalo, etc.) tailored to local trends • Planning and operation of events based on an in-house developed website targeting Vietnamese students • Collection of student databases and analysis of interests and needs through event operations • Overall operation and management of the business for Vietnamese international students • Operation and management of the business for Vietnamese international students to enter domestic universities • Student selection and management through cooperation with local Vietnamese partners • Consultation on admissions with domestic universities and student referral • Management of student entry preparations and administrative procedures (visa issuance, dormitory guidance, etc.) --> Subsequent procedures • Promoting business operations and development through close collaboration and communication with the CEO and the Head of Management Support • Weekly reporting on marketing performance and advertising management • Organization and operational support for the Vietnam Business Team

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, commerce, or education business operations • Experience with KPI-based performance management • Practical experience in social media channel management and content marketing • Experience in study abroad/international students or in overseas business • Experience in collaborating and communicating with overseas partners and educational institutions • Understanding of administrative procedures and operations related to international student admissions • High interest in and understanding of international student programs and global education businesses • Excellent external communication and collaboration skills • Proficient in smooth communication, opinion coordination, and problem-solving with key internal personnel (especially the CEO and Head of Management Support); strong organizational integration skills and proactive communication capabilities are essential • Understanding of event planning, operation, database acquisition, and marketing utilization • High understanding of social media marketing (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and brand promotion, along with strong execution skills • Experience in content business or promotional campaigns utilizing celebrity IP
