Qualifications

1. Recruitment Process Document Screening > Online Pre-assignment & Personality Test > 1-Day Interview - Practical Skills/Competency, Culture Fit, Global > Final Acceptance Positions that are already filled may close early even during the application period. Interviews will be conducted at the Wadiz Pangyo Headquarters. For experienced candidates, a reference check may be conducted upon passing the 1-Day interview. Depending on the position, a pre-assignment, coding test, or presentation interview may be added; relevant applicants will be notified separately. Some interview components may be adjusted based on the applicant's language proficiency and the position applied for. Applicants residing overseas will be interviewed via video conference. 2.
