• Marketing, planning, and management targeting Indonesia • Localization of service planning documents written in Korean into Indonesian and content review • Localization of in-app UI text, guidance messages, and UX copywriting • Providing feedback on planning and presentation methods from the perspective of Indonesian users • Proposing improvements to expressions and structures tailored to Indonesian culture • (If necessary) Support for reviewing customer service text and operational policy documents

This recruitment is not for a position involving simple translation or interpretation. This role involves understanding the service and business direction, originally planned in Korean, from the perspective of local Indonesian users and developing localization strategies from a planning and marketing standpoint. While maintaining the core planning intent of the service, this position involves proposing planning and marketing directions tailored to the culture, user behavior, and communication styles of the Indonesian market, thereby directly contributing to service quality and expansion strategies. Only Indonesian nationals are eligible to apply for this position. While the collaboration will begin on a contract basis, conversion to a permanent position is possible depending on performance capabilities and collaboration results. Once the service officially launches in the Indonesian market, a transition to a permanent position based in Jakarta is also negotiable. In this scenario, you will assume the role of a local manager responsible for local planning, marketing, and service operations, rather than simply handling operational tasks. Furthermore, this position goes beyond simple localization work; you will actively participate in marketing planning, message design, and establishing service operational directions from the perspective of Indonesian users.
