Job Description

(This role allows for a transition to remote work after 2 weeks of training.) - Responsible for Customer Service (CS) for the Taiwan Playo app. - Respond to users remotely via email, customer centers, etc. - Improve user satisfaction by quickly resolving complaints through user inquiries. - Perform tasks such as community monitoring, sending notifications, and supporting events.

Qualifications

- Fluent in Taiwanese (Mandarin) communication (Chinese applicants welcome) - Recognize the importance of CS work in identifying and resolving issues through conversations with users - View problems from the user's perspective and explain the service in simple terms - Not hesitant to actively communicate with relevant departments to resolve issues when they arise

Preferred

- Those who enjoy playing PC, mobile, and console games - Those with experience using the PlayO app - Those with experience operating games or services with over 100,000 users
