Dynamic On Siheung Flandre · English Immersive Play Program Hello. We are recruiting Play Staff to work with us at Dynamic On Siheung Flandre, a premium kids' cafe located in Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do. You must be capable of managing the overall facility operations, including store management and cafe duties, as well as acting as a facilitator to guide and teach high-altitude activities such as climbing and mini bungee jumping. Since many of our visitors are children, we are looking for someone who can approach them with a bright and cheerful demeanor and play with them to help them learn the attitude of a global citizen. We are waiting for someone who wants to experience Korea at a resort-style extreme sports facility where Koreans can naturally interact with foreigners, and someone overflowing with bright energy. The role involves supervising and instructing high-altitude activities—such as climbing and mini-bungee jumping—as well as managing overall facility operations, including store administration and cafe duties. Since our visitors are primarily children, we are seeking someone who maintains a cheerful and welcoming demeanor and can actively engage with the kids, helping them learn the attitude of a global citizen through play. We welcome individuals full of bright energy who wish to experience Korea while working at this resort-style extreme sports facility, a place where Koreans can naturally interact with people from other countries. ■ Location We are located at 155 Janghyeon-neunggok-ro, Building B, 3F, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do. The venue is directly connected to Siheung Neunggok Station on the Seohaean Line, making it very easy to commute by subway. Working hours can be negotiated and adjusted according to the applicant's circumstances. The hourly wage is ₩15,000, and specific terms will be discussed during the interview based on working hours. ■ Employment Type & Pay This is a part-time position, and holding another job simultaneously is welcome. Qualifications

■ Eligibility Requirements Since the role involves working with children, we are looking for candidates holding H-1 or F-series visas. We welcome anyone who is able to speak English (native or fluent), preferably holds citizenship from a European or American country, and possesses positive energy, diligence, and a strong sense of responsibility. ■ Decision on continued employment after one month of internship
