Job Description
■ Introducing ci.me ci.me is a new live streaming service that brings virtual streamers and fans closer together. Streamers connect with fans through various means, such as broadcasts, fan communities, donations, missions, merchandise, and online concerts, while fans can support their favorite streamers more deeply. Beyond a simple broadcasting platform, ci.me is creating a new live entertainment experience centered on virtual streamers and fandom culture. We are looking for someone to help build service quality and operational systems that global users can naturally utilize, starting with Korea. ■ Position Introduction The Taiwan QA and Service Operations Manager is responsible for inspecting service quality, identifying operational issues, and improving the user experience to ensure ci.me's web and app services are provided stably and naturally to users across various language regions. In particular, they will review service flow, text, notifications, payment/donation experiences, community management, and streamer/fan usage flows from the perspective of Taiwanese users, and work with the Product, Development, Design, and Operations teams to identify areas for improvement. ■ Responsibilities 1. Localization QA from the Perspective of Taiwanese Users - Review UI text, announcements, notifications, and operational messages for Taiwanese users - Check the naturalness, tone and manner, and cultural appropriateness of Traditional Taiwanese expressions - Support the localization of key in-service announcements, FAQs, and operational guides for Taiwan - Suggest improvements to expressions suitable for the context of live streaming, fandoms, donations, and communities - Identify flows or expressions that are difficult for local users to understand and propose improvements 2. Support for Taiwan Service Operations - Monitor Taiwanese user VOC and operational issues - Organize issues arising from the usage flow of streamers and fans and identify areas for improvement - Organize announcements, FAQs, operational guides, and CS response templates - Verify and internally share issues related to community, chat, donation, and content operations - Check if service operational policies function effectively in actual user experience - Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, Business, and Operations teams to resolve issues 3. Research on Fandom and Live Streaming Services - Research trends in Taiwanese live streaming, virtual streamers, and fandom services - Local platform features, donation methods, and community management styles Research - Summary of insights on user reactions, content consumption patterns, and fandom culture - Proposal of features/operational case studies to reference for improving the SeeMe service
Qualifications
- Able to review and communicate for Taiwan-based services - Basic understanding of web/app services - Meticulous attention to detail to avoid missing minor errors or awkward phrasing - Able to collaborate seamlessly with various teams including product, development, design, and operations - Interest in live streaming, creators, fandoms, and community services

- Experience: Entry-level welcome / 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred - Proficient in using tools · Notion · Slack · Jira or similar issue management tools · Figma · Google Workspace · Test devices and web/app QA environments ※ Even without prior experience, it is acceptable if you can quickly learn new tools.
