Job Description

<Introducing the Squad We Will Be Working With> The Mi-Jung Squad is responsible for the global expansion of the UNNI service. Team members with diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds collaborate to deliver the value of the UNNI service in the global market. In particular, the Taiwanese market is a rapidly growing key market, making it crucial to provide customized content to local users. We establish content strategies based on local insights tailored to Taiwanese users and build a marketing funnel that leads from awareness to interest to conversion. <What You Will Be Doing> Planning and executing content and influencer marketing strategies tailored to the characteristics of the Taiwanese market Discovering and recruiting local and domestic influencers, and managing the collaboration process from drafting briefs to production communication Planning and producing content and ad materials that reflect the needs of the Taiwanese target audience, and establishing message and content direction aligned with objectives Building an efficient content production structure by discovering and managing external partners such as agencies and creators Designing influencer and content-based conversion funnels and executing strategies to induce sign-ups and conversions Operating major Taiwanese social media channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and analyzing and improving performance from a branding and performance perspective

Qualifications

Candidates with experience participating in the entire process from content planning and production to distribution, performance analysis, and improvement Candidates with a strong understanding of and interest in Taiwanese local culture and user context Able to understand and write content in the local Taiwanese language (Traditional Chinese) and communicate professionally in Korean Able to communicate meticulously and smoothly with external partners, such as influencers and creators Able to formulate hypotheses aligned with campaign goals and make improvements based on performance data

Candidates with over one year of experience in content or influencer marketing Candidates with experience operating content, performance, or brand campaigns targeting Taiwan Candidates with a high understanding of social media channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Candidates with experience in marketing for high-involvement categories such as beauty, healthcare, medical tourism, and commerce Candidates with experience in localization (planning localized copy and messages beyond translation) Candidates with experience in creative testing and deriving insights
