Brand & Content Designer Beauty & Wellness Location: Seoul / Flexible Hybrid Company: RD MEDIC RD MEDIC is looking for a Brand & Content Designer to help shape and grow our in house professional skincare and wellness brand. We’re looking for someone with strong visual taste, an interest in global beauty and culture, and the ability to turn ideas into thoughtful, well-designed creative work. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across brand design and content within a small, growing team. THE ROLE You’ll primarily work on: • Brand and graphic design • Social media content and visual assets • Reels and basic short-form video editing • Campaign and product launch materials • Presentations and sales materials • Visual research, references, and moodboards You’ll work closely with the team to develop creative ideas and bring them to life across different parts of the business.

Qualifications

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You have strong visual taste and solid design fundamentals. You’re genuinely interested in beauty, skincare, wellness, and culture. You follow what’s happening globally and pay attention to emerging brands, campaigns, visual trends, and social content. You’re comfortable designing for Instagram and helping create and edit short-form video content. You can work independently, communicate clearly, and contribute your own creative perspective. Most importantly, you’re curious and excited by the opportunity to help shape growing brands.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Strong graphic design fundamentals, including typography and layout • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual and brand work • Comfortable creating social media content • Basic to intermediate short-form video editing skills • Strong visual research and trend awareness • Interest in the global beauty, skincare, and wellness industries • English & Korean communication skills
