Recruitment Overview Over the Hand Co., Ltd. is recruiting test participants for the Face Tracking performance verification required for a government-supported research project certification. This test is designed to verify whether Face Tracking technology provides stable and consistent performance across various facial characteristics. The test will be conducted by forming test groups based on age, gender, and facial characteristics according to the Test Plan. ※ Please note that this recruitment is for test participants to verify technical performance, not for general employee hiring or part-time work. **Recruitment Overview** Participation Compensation 150,000 KRW (Net) ※ Cash payment is scheduled for the same day after the test ends, considering visa issues. (No income reporting required) Recruitment人數 Test Group A (European descent - Caucasian facial features) Male in their 20s: 1 person Female in their 20s: 1 person Male in their 30s: 1 person Female in her 30s: 1 person (Total 4 people) Test Group B (African descent - African facial features) Male in their 20s: 1 person Female in her 20s: 1 person Male in her 30s: 1 person Female in her 30s: 1 person (Total 4 people) Total Recruitment: 8 people Schedule Pre-test Orientation (July 20, 2026) Approx. 1–2 hours: Guidance on test procedures and participation methods Test Day (July 21, 2026) 10:00 ~ 15:00: Face Tracking Performance Test - Face Tracking Performance Test Participation - Perform facial expressions and movements according to the test administrator's instructions - Sequential testing and waiting according to the test schedule ※ The actual test time is approximately 1–2 hours; waiting time is included due to the nature of the test operation. ※ Bringing an identification document that verifies your age (Passport, Alien Registration Card, etc.) is mandatory. Preferred

Candidates capable of basic communication in Korean ※ The preliminary orientation and the exam will be conducted mostly in Korean. To ensure a quick and smooth exam process, preference will be given to candidates who understand the purpose and content of the test, as well as the facilitator's instructions, and are capable of basic communication.
