Job Description

Partnership Development - Build and manage strategic partnerships with creators, communities, agencies, travel companies, and wellness partners. - Develop new customer acquisition channels through referral and affiliate partnerships. - Identify and onboard high-impact global partners. Creator & Influencer Network - Lead KOL/KOC/Influencer collaborations across multiple markets. - Coordinate campaign execution with local agencies and partners. - Manage creator onboarding, scheduling, and campaign performance. Affiliate & Referral Growth - Own iipuda’s global affiliate and referral programs. - Design commission structures and partner incentive programs. - Track partner performance, attribution, and ROI. Community Growth - Build relationships with international communities, organizations, and ecosystem partners. - Develop scalable referral programs for overseas communities. Business Development - Build partnerships with: - Travel agencies - Hotels - Car rental companies - Concierge services - Medical tourism partners - Create cross-selling opportunities across the customer journey. Campaign & Event Management - Plan and execute online and offline growth campaigns. - Coordinate local events with clinics, creators, and partners. - Support international expansion initiatives. Performance & Analytics - Monitor partnership KPIs and growth metrics. - Analyze campaign performance and optimize customer acquisition. - Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Growth, Marketing, or related fields. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects. - Highly organized and execution-focused. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. - Business-level English and Korean

Preferred

- Experience working with influencers, creators, or affiliate marketing. - Experience in travel, healthcare, beauty, lifestyle, or platform businesses. - Experience working with Chinese, Japanese, or Southeast Asian markets. - Understanding of performance marketing and attribution. - Additional language skills (Chinese or Japanese).
