Brands in Charge: RIBESKIN (www.ribeskin.com / ING: @ribeskinpro, @ribeskinmed) CATHDRESSING BtoC Consumer Brand (New - 2026) Planning and Execution of Marketing Tailored to Overseas Targets - Establishment and execution of digital performance marketing strategies targeting global markets (USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia) - Planning of overseas marketing strategies for global partners/branches in dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetics - Advertising optimization through analysis of treatment trends and consumer insights by country Operation and Optimization of Global Performance Advertising - Operation of global advertising platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, and Baidu - Improvement of advertising performance through A/B testing and data-driven analysis - Planning of customized advertising content reflecting language and cultural characteristics by country Collaboration for Global Sales and Brand Expansion - Overseas B2B (medical professionals and aesthetic experts) and Execution of B2C (Consumer) Marketing Integration Strategies - Planning effective advertising campaigns and promotions in collaboration with overseas distributors and partners Data Analysis and Advertising Performance Optimization - Executing data-driven marketing to optimize global traffic and lead conversion rates - Building regional marketing performance dashboards and deriving insights

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in global performance marketing and overseas advertising operations • Experience operating on global advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Baidu is mandatory • Experience planning and executing English-based overseas marketing campaigns • Capabilities in analyzing country-specific market trends and advertising performance • Experience collaborating with global e-commerce, D2C, and distributors
