[Contract Position] Customer Service Representative for Foreigners

Job Description

- Responding to consultations with international patients (responding to inquiries, procedure consultations, appointment management, etc.) - Recommending procedures/cares tailored to customer needs - Improving iipuda CS processes and manuals (incorporating customer feedback) - Supporting other consultation-related operational tasks

Qualifications

- Experience in dermatology consultations with international patients — A level of industry understanding sufficient to recommend approximate procedures based on the client's photos, needs, and budget is required (continuous learning of the latest procedure trends and industry developments is essential). - Gentle and friendly demeanor and a persistent consultation attitude — As we primarily serve high-value clients, building trust with them is paramount. - Ability to communicate in Korean - No restrictions on nationality

Preferred

- Additional experience with plastic surgery consultations - Proficient in English or a second language (Chinese, Japanese, etc.) - Experience in customer service in the medical, beauty, or travel industries - Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Notion or Slack
