Job Description

1. Assist golfers throughout the round. 2. Help maintain a smooth game progression. 3. Provide basic information about the golf course and how to play. 4. Manage and assist with golf clubs and equipment throughout the game. 5. Ensure safety and adherence to the code of conduct on the golf course. 6. Communicate and coordinate with golfers and golf course staff. 7. Provide professional customer service.

Qualifications

Requirements for applicants: 1. Possess a TOPIK Level 4 or higher certificate. 2. Be legally entitled to work in South Korea in this position. 3. Be able to communicate effectively with Korean golf course customers and staff. 4. Be able to work in Taean, Chungcheongnam Province. 5. Be well-adapted to outdoor work. 6. Be able to provide professional and friendly customer service. Previous caddie experience is not required. Applicants without experience may still apply, subject to the golf course's recruitment process and standards.

Preferred

1. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working on golf courses or in the service industry. 2. Preference will be given to candidates with good Korean communication skills.
