[WHIF] TW (Taiwan) Content Marketer/Designer

Job Description

• Planning and Production of Locally Targeted Ad Creative in Taiwan: Directly plan and produce image, short-form, and UGC-based creatives tailored to the local language and cultural context for execution on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and X (Twitter), with the goal of attracting new users and increasing payment conversions in the Taiwanese market. • Creative Optimization Based on Performance Data: Collaborate with the team's performance marketer to analyze the quantitative performance of creatives and derive new selling points and optimization strategies.

Qualifications

• Individuals with a deep understanding of the local Taiwanese market and strong capabilities (language, culture, trends) • Individuals proficient in content creation tools (some or all of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects) and possessing a keen sense of copywriting that gets to the heart of the matter • Individuals with business-level or higher Korean communication skills • Individuals who prefer and enjoy rapid experimentation and feedback loops over perfect quality in the highly uncertain early-stage startup environment

• Candidates who are locals or possess equivalent local understanding and capabilities • Candidates with a high level of understanding and interest in content domains such as female-oriented content, BL, and subculture • Candidates who enjoy and frequently consume content such as AI character chat, webtoons/web novels, and games • Candidates who are able to reside in Korea and commute (office work) • Candidates who are sensitive to changes, such as generative AI and short-form trends, and have experience applying them to work to improve production and operational efficiency • Candidates with experience in setting priorities with speed, running experiments quickly, and achieving results in a small team
