Job Description

Planning, operation, and management of promotions for global beauty brand online stores (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc.) Planning seasonal product operation strategies aimed at increasing sales On-site data analysis and improvement for the online store UI/UX improvement aimed at increasing conversion rates Price management and SOP development for the online store AMD training and leadership ■ Growth Environment AMD personnel fluent in each country's language are assigned, ensuring smooth task performance. Qualifications

Candidates with at least 3 years of experience as a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) MD (*Domestic experience alone is acceptable) Experience in planning promotions and generating sales results Experience in establishing data-driven hypotheses to achieve goals Skills in content planning and copywriting focused on purchase conversion Possession of a meticulous and systematic work style Proactive ability to identify problems and implement solutions
