International Sales & Partnership Manager

Job Description

Recruit and develop local sub-agents in target countries who can introduce clients interested in Korean dermatology, anti-aging, skin rejuvenation, scar treatment, and aesthetic medical services. Identify potential sub-agents, partners, communities, and local networks with access to clients interested in Korean skincare, aesthetic medicine, and medical tourism. Contact, interview, and help onboard qualified sub-agent candidates in each target country. Communicate with and manage international sub-agents after onboarding. Organize lead information, follow-up status, and country pipelines. Support English communication with overseas clients, sub-agents, buyers, distributors, and business partners. Join Zoom meetings or buyer calls when needed. Assist with English business communication, follow-up emails, and presentation support.

Qualifications

Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or international trade is preferred, but not required. Able to find, contact, and build relationships with potential partners independently. Comfortable communicating with international clients and partners. Interested in Korean dermatology, aesthetic medicine, K-beauty, derma-cosmetics, or premium concierge services. Organized, proactive, and able to report clearly on progress.

Additional languages such as Arabic, Kazakh, Chinese, Japanese, French, Russian, Spanish, Bahasa Indonesia, or Bahasa Malaysia are highly preferred. Candidates with international networks or cultural familiarity in the Middle East, CIS, Southeast Asia, Greater China, or Japan are especially welcome. Strong interest in medical tourism, aesthetic clinics, dermatology, plastic surgery, beauty tourism, healthcare concierge, luxury travel, wellness, or international business development is a plus.

Part-time / freelance role to start. Remote work possible. Students, freelancers, and professionals are welcome to apply. Regular online meetings required. One in-person meeting per week in Seoul is required. Initial 3-month pilot period. May develop into a larger long-term role depending on performance and business growth.
