A Strong Foundation in Global Influencer Campaigns You will participate in global influencer campaigns and experience the key stages of the process, from influencer discovery and selection to content production and performance analysis. Beyond providing operational support, you will learn how strategy is translated into execution and build a strong foundation in influencer marketing. 2. The Ability to Turn Trends into Content and Campaign Ideas By exploring influencer content across different countries and platforms, you will develop an understanding of global influencer trends and the unique characteristics of each platform. Rather than simply following trends, you will learn how to interpret them through the lens of a brand and campaign, and turn them into relevant content ideas. 3. Collaboration Experience in a Global-Native Environment While based in Korea, you will work with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds and experience BorderX’s global collaboration culture. Learning how to understand and respect different perspectives will provide a valuable foundation as you begin your career. [What You'll Do] - Identify influencers who align with the target market and brand objectives, and communicate with them throughout the collaboration process. - Organize content guidelines based on the campaign direction and carefully review produced content to ensure it meets both the guidelines and brand standards. - Organize and analyze content performance data, and support the creation of campaign reports based on key insights. - Research global social media trends and emerging influencers, bringing new perspectives and ideas to campaigns.

Qualifications

[What You’ll Bring] - A strong understanding of and interest in social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. - The ability to communicate and collaborate in English in a professional environment. - A genuine interest in global social media and influencer trends, with the ability to quickly identify emerging movements and changes.
