Our establishment is not a quiet one. During peak hours, taking orders, serving, cleaning, and cooking proceed rapidly, requiring constant movement throughout your shift. Rather than simply thinking "I'll give it a try," we are looking for someone who will learn and adapt to the busy restaurant environment and work here for the long term. The initial adjustment period (probationary period) may be challenging, but we provide solid compensation commensurate with the performance of those who become familiar with the work and stably perform their assigned roles. We ask for applications from those who intend to work responsibly, rather than those looking to just try it out for a day or two. There is a probationary period; during this time, we will assess your adaptability and work attitude, and adjust your salary based on your proficiency. Detailed working conditions and salary standards will be transparently explained during the interview. For those with less than one year of restaurant experience, the minimum wage applies during the probationary period. After the probationary period: If available for Hall-only duties: Monthly salary of 3,000,000 KRW. If available for Kitchen-only duties: Monthly salary of 3,150,000 KRW. If available for Kitchen + Hall duties: Monthly salary of 3,400,000 KRW. If available for Manager/Supervisor duties: Monthly salary of 3,700,000 KRW.
