Job Description

■ We're Looking for - TKG Taekwang's production subsidiary in Indonesia serves as a core pillar of the group's total production volume. - The headquarters' GSCM team is responsible for establishing production plans for this subsidiary and coordinating various issues arising during the mass production of new models with the local team in real-time. - We are seeking someone who understands the language and work environments of both Korea and Indonesia and wishes to build a career as a production planning expert. ■ What You'll Do - Establishment and operation of detailed production plans (LRLP, DPO) for the Indonesian subsidiary - Monitoring of new model production progress and manufacturing processes (backorders/advance orders, etc.) - Follow-up on operational issues such as development schedule changes, material sets, and quality - Serving as a communication channel between the GSCM team and the Indonesian subsidiary

Qualifications

■ General Eligibility - No disqualifications for residing in or working in Korea - Graduates (or prospective graduates) of a Bachelor's degree or higher from a domestic university - Native-level fluency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) * Nationality (Korean or foreign) is irrelevant - Majors in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Trade, or Statistics - Proficiency in data analysis and document creation using Excel and PowerPoint - No disqualifications for overseas travel (Male candidates must have completed or be exempt from military service) - This recruitment is contingent on the issuance of an E-7 (Specified Activities) visa for foreign nationals, and the Company will actively support the visa issuance process. · However, if a visa is not issued in accordance with relevant laws, the hiring may not be finalized. - Veterans and persons with disabilities are given preferential treatment in accordance with relevant laws.
