Job Description

- Plan and produce global SNS content for K-beauty brand accounts - Edit and create Instagram feed and Reels content, including some content produced using existing brand assets - Produce and upload approximately 7–8 feed/Reels posts per month - Join one offline model shoot per month - Plan Reels content, organize shooting direction, and provide on-site direction during the monthly shoot - Research and suggest content ideas for global target audiences

Qualifications

- Strong interest in K-beauty, skincare, and global beauty trends - Ability to plan and edit Instagram feed and Reels content - Ability to understand and reflect a brand’s tone, mood, and visual direction - Available to join monthly offline shoots and direct Reels content on-site (models will be arranged separately by the company if needed) - Able to manage content timelines and upload schedules responsibly

Preferred

- Experience planning or producing SNS content for beauty brands - Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Figma - Experience directing model shoots or short-form video shoots - Ability to research English-language content and write English copy - Familiarity with global beauty brands, influencers, and SNS trends

- Work type: Freelance / Part-time - Work style: Mainly remote, with monthly offline shoot participation (1time) - Scope: Produce and upload approximately 7–8 feed/Reels posts per month - This is not an on-camera creator role. This position focuses on planning and producing SNS content for brand accounts. - Please submit a portfolio or examples of content you have planned or produced. - Compensation will be discussed based on experience and scope of work.
