ELION CLINIC in Gangnam, Seoul is hiring a Chinese-speaking Medical Aesthetic Consultant Manager (starting salary of 42 million KRW per year).

Job Description

【Main Responsibilities】 • After doctor's consultation, explain treatment costs, appointment procedures, and treatment schedules to Chinese-speaking clients. • Responsible for managing Chinese-speaking client inquiries, appointment conversions, and consultation sales. • Communicate with clients through KakaoTalk, telephone, SMS, and other channels. • Responsible for appointment confirmation, follow-up appointment reminders, treatment progress tracking, and client experience management. • Organize the client database and manage CRM. • Create Chinese consultation scripts and client response manuals. • Collaborate with the director and operations team to establish the consultation process and client management system during the initial opening phase. This position is Medical Aesthetics Consultation Manager (Consultation Room Head), not simply a receptionist. Medical diagnoses and treatment decisions are the responsibility of the doctor. This position is responsible for post-consultation fees, appointments, treatment arrangements, and client management.

Qualifications

• Native speaker of Chinese, or fluent/native-level Chinese communication skills • Ability to conduct basic Korean conversation • At least 1 year of experience in consultation, customer management, or CRM in the cosmetic dermatology, cosmetic surgery, medical institution, beauty salon, or service industry • No restrictions on education, gender, or age • Legally able to work full-time in Korea with an F-2, F-4, F-5, or F-6 visa • Values ​​integrity and customer trust, and can work smoothly with the director and operations team

Preferred

• Experience as a cosmetic dermatology consultation manager, consultation team leader, or CS manager • Experience in consulting on scar treatment, skin regeneration, pore reduction, pigmentation treatment, firming and lifting, and Skin Booster procedures • Experience in consulting on high-priced procedures or packages • Experience in CRM, follow-up appointment recall, appointment conversion, and business preparation • Familiar with KakaoTalk, Excel, and Google Sheets
