Chinese Website: https://elionmedi.com/zh/ Official English Website: https://elionmedi.com/en/ Korean Website: https://elionmedi.com/ 【Main Responsibilities】 • Handling new inquiries and managing appointment conversions for Chinese-speaking clients • Communicating with clients via KakaoTalk, telephone, SMS, etc. • Managing appointment confirmations, treatment schedule notifications, and preventing unauthorized cancellations • Reminding clients of follow-up appointments, tracking treatment progress, and managing client experience • Organizing the client database and managing CRM • Creating Chinese customer service scripts and response manuals • Collaborating with the director and operations team to build the initial client management process and CRM system • Future involvement in Chinese consultations, fee explanations, and treatment plan explanations, depending on operational arrangements and individual capabilities This position is Chinese Client Management & CRM Manager, not simply a receptionist or consultation room manager role. In the initial stage of operation, the focus will be on customer management and CRM; if consulting services are added in the future, additional performance bonuses will be paid separately.

Qualifications

• Native speaker of Chinese, or fluent/native-level Chinese communication skills • Ability to conduct basic Korean conversation • At least 1 year of experience in consultation, customer management, or CRM in the cosmetic dermatology, cosmetic surgery, medical institution, beauty salon, or service industry • No restrictions on education, gender, or age • Legally able to work full-time in Korea with an F-2, F-4, F-5, or F-6 visa • Values ​​integrity and customer trust, and can work smoothly with the director and operations team

Preferred

• Experience as a cosmetic dermatology consultation manager, consultation team leader, or CS manager • Experience in consulting on scar treatment, skin regeneration, pore reduction, pigmentation treatment, firming and lifting, and Skin Booster procedures • Experience in consulting on high-priced procedures or packages • Experience in CRM, follow-up appointment recall, appointment conversion, and business preparation • Familiar with KakaoTalk, Excel, and Google Sheets
